Ingredients:

Jarret, Shank

150 g

Shitake Mushrrom

20 g

Goji Berry

1 tbsp

Chinese Yam

2 pieces

Peppercorn

1 tsp

Water

1 ½ cup

Mentsuyu

30 ml

Cooking Method :

1. Cut the beef to preferred proportion.

2. Mix all the ingredients including Mentsuyu together, stew for 2 hours, serve with rice.
