Cooking Method

  1. Arrange salad vegetables and cherry tomatoes on a plate. Add salmon, cream cheese and lemon zest. Then, squeeze lemon juice on top.
  2. Add Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand) and mayonnaise. Garnish with flying fish roe.
