Japanese Style Crispy Fried Chicken

Vegetable oil for cooking karaage

1 tablespoon

Chopped Chinese garlic

1 1 /2 tablespoon

Minced Red bird's eye chili

1 /4 teaspoon

RosDee® Chicken Flavour

1 /2 teaspoon

Takumi Aji® Shoyu I Pun

1 /2 teaspoon

Vegetable oil for roasting chili and garlic

1 tablespoon

Lemon

Salad vegetable for decoration

Cooking Method

  1. Fry 5 pieces of Japanese Style Crispy Fried Chicken in 175°C for 3.30 minutes. Then, drain the oil.
  2. Set the pan with medium heat. Pour the vegetable oil and wait until it’s boiled. Then add chopped chinese garlic, minced red bird’s eye chili , and slowly stir thoroughly. Be careful not to burn it.
  3. Add RosDee® Chicken Flavour and Takumi Aji® Shoyu I Pun when the garlic starts to turn yellow. Then, stir them until its well combined.
  4. Add fried Japanese Style Crispy Fried Chicken and mix them thoroughly.
  5. Serve on a dish with a lemon and salad vegetable.

Tip

  • Japanese Style Crispy Fried Chicken can be fried directly after freeze. There is no need to defrost beforehand.
