Yakisoba: Japanese easy yet delicious dish
Japanese fried noodle or “Yakisoba” is one of the Japanese dishes that is very popular among Thai customers. The secret of its deliciousness is the noodle and the cookery. The noodle used for preparing Yakisoba has to be round, big and yellow, made of wheat flour, egg, water and salt. Not only that the flour has to be threshed evenly, the noodle has to be cooked just right so that it does not become mushy.
