Ingredients:

Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder

15 grams

Water

1 liter

Soy sauce

28 grams

Garlic

7 grams

Black pepper

5 grams

Salt

4 grams

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until boiling. Add salt, black pepper and a pinch of crushed garlic
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add in the Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder and season with soy sauce.
  3. Serve with meat and vegetables for shabu.
