Ingredients:

Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder

28 grams

Water

1 liter

Jujube

10 grams

Chinese wolfberry

5 grams

Polygonatum

5 grams

Chinese yam

5 grams

Ground white pepper

4 grams

Salt

4 grams

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until boiling. Add salt and Chinese herbs. Continue to boil for another 4-5 minutes, or until the aroma of herbs appears.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add in the Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder, followed by the ground white pepper.
  3. Serve with meat and vegetables for shabu.
