Ingredients:

Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder

15 grams

Water

1 liter

Ajinomoto Lime Seasoning Powder

3 tablespoons (45 ml.)

Fish sauce

2 tablespoons (30 g)

Thai chili

10 grams

Salt

4 grams

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until boiling. Add a pinch of salt. Wait until the water begins to heat up before adding the Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder and stirring thoroughly.
  2. Season with fish sauce and Ajinomoto Lime Seasoning Powder. Stir well and garnish with chili.
  3. Serve with meat and vegetables for shabu.
