Cooking Method

How to prepare spicy seafood wasabi sauce

  1. Mix Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand), Goma-Shoyu Salad Dressing (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand), RosDee menu Yum Woon Sen, and wasabi in a bowl and stir them well.
  2. Add lime juice, stir them again and let it to rest. You can adjust the sourness as you like.

How to prepare grilled salmon

  1. Slice salmon into 1-1.5 cm per piece and marinate in Takumi Aji® Shoyu I Pun for about 30 minutes
  2. Set the pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and grill the marinated salmon for 3-5 minutes. Start with the skin side, then flip to the other side and grill for another 2-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked.
  3. Transfer the salmon to a dish, and decorate it with sliced lemon and salad vegetable before serving.

Tip

  • Spicy seafood wasabi sauce is able to be kept in a well sealed containers at 1-5 °C for 2 days after mixing.
  • Adjust spiciness of spicy seafood wasabi sauce with amount of wasabi.
  • To avoid the salmon from getting overcooked, or getting too hard, don’t cook it for too long.
  • To get a fresh salmon, choose the bright orange one without fishy smell and it should not be slimy.
