Creamy Tom Yum Kung:
– 5 Shrimps
– 40 g Mushroom
– 1/2 liter Water
– Galangal, lemongress, Kaffir Lime leaves, Long Corriander
– 1 sachet (50 g) of RosDee menu Tom Yum ‘Creamy’ + 1 sachet (10 g) of chilli oil



1. Heat water, then add RosDee menu Tom Yum ‘Creamy’ (whole sachet). Stir until dissolved.

2. When water boils, add galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves. Boil until get herb aroma.

3. Add shrimp, mushroom, and chilli oil (whole sachet). Stir until water boils, add long coriander and serve.
